- From the Dashboard, click “Join,” or from the Meeting page, click “Join Meeting,” for the meeting you would like to begin.
- Once you’ve joined, you will be brought to a screen that says “Waiting for Attendees to Join.”
- As people join the meeting in EOS One™, they will automatically be toggled from “Absent” to “Joined.”
- If people are joining via a videoconference, you can manually toggle them to “Joined” by clicking “Absent.”
- Once all attendees have joined (either through EOS One or via the toggle), click “Start Meeting” on the left side of your screen to begin the meeting.
NOTE: If you start a meeting and someone later joins through EOS One, they will automatically be moved from “Not Joined” to “Joined’ across the bottom of your screen. If they join a video call or an equivalent after the meeting has begun, you can click their name/avatar in the “Not Joined” section across the bottom of your screen to change their status to “Joined.”
