The Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO®) is a central tool for capturing and communicating your organization's vision. This article walks you through how to create your first V/TO in EOS One and collaborate with your team.
Create a V/TO
1. Navigate to the V/TO

In the left-hand navigation menu, click V/TO.

2. Create a Folder

Click Create New Folder.

Name the folder to organize your V/TOs by department, team, or purpose.
3. Create a New V/TO

Within the folder, click Create New V/TO.

Fill out the V/TO by entering your organization's Vision and Traction components.
Share Your V/TO
After completing your V/TO, you can control who has access to view or edit it:

Access Visibility Settings

Click the vertical ellipsis (three dots) next to the V/TO's name.

Select Visibility Settings.

Set Permissions

Choose who can View and/or Edit the V/TO:

Leadership Team: Members of the meeting designated as the Leadership Team in your organization's settings.

Entire Company: All users in your organization.

Individuals: Specific users you select.

Save Changes

Check the appropriate boxes for each group or individual.

Click Save to apply the visibility settings.
