10.1.26 Release Notes | Member Access Restored, Checkup and To-Do Notifications, Atlas AI Calendar Enhancements

Member/Free Observer People and Recycle Bin access, invite permissions, to-do and checkup notifications, EOS Implementer card, cancellation flow, Atlas AI calendar updates.

This release expands Member and Free Observer access across EOS One, adds new notification and checkup options, and improves Atlas AI's calendar awareness.

Enhancements

  • Atlas AI calendar availability: Atlas can report a colleague's full free time for the day, find shared free time for two people to meet, and report free blocks at their actual length rather than splitting them into default meeting-length increments.

  • People table visibility for Members and Free Observers: Members and Free Observers now have read-only visibility of the People table in Settings > Company, including each person's role, with no edit controls.

  • Invite User for Members: Members always see "Invite User" in Settings > Company > People, where they can invite a new user at the Member or Free Observer level. Members also always see "Invite New Attendee" on the meeting create/edit screen, but that invites at the Member level only, since Free Observers can't be added as meeting attendees. Invites follow the organization's approval setting — going to Pending Invitations when approval is required, or sending immediately when it is not.

  • Recycle Bin for Members: Members can use the Recycle Bin to find and restore items they're permitted to see, including items deleted by others in shared meetings. Owners and Admins keep org-wide access; Free Observers do not have Recycle Bin access. Process Documents can also be restored from the Recycle Bin.

  • To-Do assignment notifications: Users receive an email with a View To-Do button whenever a to-do is assigned to them by another user or by the system, showing who assigned it, its name, and its due date. Self-assigned to-dos don't trigger a notification.

  • Checkup creation options: Creating a checkup now requires acknowledging that it goes to everyone in the organization, offers an auto-assign to-do option (on by default) that fires on the start date, and adds a start date that runs the checkup for a fixed 7-day window with Upcoming, Live, and Completed statuses. Upcoming checkups stay editable until they go live.

  • Your EOS Implementer card: Admins and Owners can record their Implementer's name and @eosworldwide.com email address on the Company Details page, with validation that rejects other domains and malformed entries.

  • Subscription cancellation and organization deletion flow: Canceling a subscription or deleting an organization now includes a required single-select reason for the change, with a follow-up note for "Using another product" or "Other," before the final confirmation step.
