Owners and Admins can use the Recycle Bin to find and restore deleted Meetings, Rocks, Issues, To-Dos, Headlines, Measurables, V/TOs, and Accountability Charts in EOS One.
Open the Recycle Bin
Select your initials or profile picture in the upper-right corner of EOS One.
Select Settings.
In the Settings sidebar, select Recycle Bin.
The Deleted Items page opens.
Find a deleted item
On the Deleted Items page, use the available search and filter options to find the item you want to restore.
You can:
Search by deleted item name.
Filter by item type.
Filter by Meeting.
Review who owned the item.
Review who deleted the item and when it was deleted.
The Deleted Items table includes:

Restore a deleted item
Open Settings.
Select Recycle Bin.
Find the deleted item you want to restore.
Select Restore.
Most items are restored to their original location.
When you restore a V/TO or Accountability Chart:
The item returns to the V/TO or Accountability Chart section of EOS One.
The restored item is saved as a Draft.
The item is removed from the Recycle Bin.
Deleted Meeting items
Some deleted items belong to a Meeting, such as Headlines and Measurables.
If one of those items is deleted from an active Meeting, it may appear in the Recycle Bin as its own item.
If the entire Meeting is deleted, its related Meeting items are restored when the Meeting is restored. This means you may not see each related item listed separately when the full Meeting has been deleted.
Who can see and restore deleted items?
The Recycle Bin is accessible to Owners and Admins only.
Owners and Admins can see and restore all deleted items across the organization.
Members and Free Observers do not have access to the Recycle Bin.

Yes. Find the V/TO or Accountability Chart in the Recycle Bin and select Restore. The item returns to its section of EOS One as a Draft and is removed from the Recycle Bin.
Can I restore items from a deleted Meeting?
If an entire Meeting was deleted, restore the Meeting. Related Meeting items, such as Headlines and Measurables, are restored with it.
Can I permanently delete items from the Recycle Bin?
No. The Recycle Bin currently allows users to restore deleted items. Permanent delete is not available from this page.
