How to Enable or Disable the Weekly Digest Email in EOS One

The Weekly Digest email sends a summary of your To-Dos and Rocks each Monday morning so you can quickly review what needs attention for the week.

How to Enable or Disable the Weekly Digest

  1. Click Settings in the left navigation menu.

  2. Select Manage Org.

  3. Open the User Settings tab.

  4. Scroll to the Weekly Digest section.

  5. Check or uncheck Send me the weekly digest email.

Once enabled, you will receive a weekly email summary every Monday at 8 a.m. with your current to-dos and Rocks.

What the Weekly Digest Includes

The Weekly Digest email summarizes:

  • Your assigned To-Dos

  • Your current Rocks

  • Items that may need attention for the upcoming week

This helps you start the week aligned with your priorities without needing to log in first.

First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still do not see it, confirm:

  • Your Weekly Digest notification is enabled in Profile Settings.

  • Your email address is correct.

  • Your company’s email domain spam filter allows emails from EOS One.

If your domain blocks automated emails, contact your IT administrator to allow EOS One emails. Please note that the Weekly Digest cannot be retriggered or resent.
