12.10.25 Release Notes | Document Attachments

This release introduces document attachments for Traction items and includes 14 defect fixes to improve stability and performance in EOS One.

Enhancements

  • Document Attachments for Traction Items
    Users can now upload and attach documents to Traction items—including Issues, To-Dos, Rocks, Headlines, and Issues—directly within EOS One.

    • Supported file types: PDFs, Office documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), images, and text files

    • Streamlines meeting preparation and enhances collaboration

    • Files are stored with the associated item for quick reference

Defects Fixed

14 bugs resolved to improve overall performance and stability including:

  • Meeting summary created requires a page refresh to see in Meeting History tab

  • A/C: Various issues (Seat deletion failure, inconsistent UI/UX behavior in cards, editing restrictions in older A/Cs)

  • The “Add Headline” button is enabled even before the video has finished uploading

  • Old dashboard: unable to expand “My Rock”, “My Measurables” or “My Issues” accordions

  • Teams page the meeting drop down is limited to users meetings

Can I attach multiple files to a single Traction item?
Yes, you can attach multiple supported files to each item.
Are there size limits for uploaded attachments?
Yes, individual files must be under 50MB. If your file is too large, consider compressing it or splitting it into smaller parts.

Do attachments carry over when items are copied or cascaded?
No, attachments remain with the original item and do not copy automatically.
