Video FAQ: How to Remove a Duplicate Organization in EOS One

If your dashboard has no Meetings and your organization appears empty, you may have accidentally created a duplicate organization. The video below walks through how to identify and remove it.

Caution: This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Be sure you are deleting the correct organization before proceeding.

To remove a duplicate organization:

  1. From your EOS One dashboard, click the Settings icon in the left-hand navigation bar.

  2. Navigate to the Billing tab.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Data section.

  4. Click Delete Organization.

  5. When prompted, click Confirm to permanently delete the duplicate.

After deletion, you'll be returned to your primary organization’s dashboard.
