Updated over 2 months ago

New Features

Cancel & Renew an Organization’s Subscription from the Billing page

Organization owners and those with Billing permission can now cancel an active subscription and renew a subscription that has been canceled from the Billing page. Once a subscription has been canceled, a button saying “Renew” will now appear in the Subscription section. During a cancelled subscription, once the billing cycle is complete, all invited users will be reverted to Free Observer status. Renewing a subscription allows the organization owner to renew their organization’s subscription with a few simple clicks.

Updates & Improvements

Preview displays when adding/editing a Measurable

Users will now see a “Preview” section on the right side of the screen when adding or editing a Measurable. This section shows a clear preview of the Measurable so you can be sure it is exactly what you want to measure before saving it.

Differentiation between EOS tooltips and Instructional tooltips

You can now easily tell the difference between tooltips intended to learn more about EOS, and tooltips that are intended to give more information on performing actions within EOS One™. Tooltips specific to EOS learnings are denoted with the EOS lightbulb, and those related to using EOS One are denoted with a question mark icon.

Bug Fixes

This release included several bug fixes, many of which we’ve highlighted below. For a comprehensive list of fixes, please refer to the end of this page.

  • A Rock or Issue added on a meeting page now displays without a page refresh being required.

  • When adjusting a user’s permission level, their list of meetings no longer disappears.

  • The “Meeting Settings” button has been removed from the start of live meetings.

Maintenance and Optimizations

The EOS One Logo now appears as the icon when favoriting the site in your browser. This helps to clearly identify EOS One when looking at your favorite bar in your browser.

When someone is removed from an organization, they are also removed as a Measurable Assistant for any Measurables where they had been an assistant. The Measurable Assistant field for those Measurables will revert to being blank.
