Updates & Improvements

Free Observers Can Now Request an Upgrade

Free observers in an organization can now request a license upgrade directly from within EOS One.

  • A Request Upgrade button now appears in the top header.

  • When clicked, it notifies the organization owner and any admins.

  • Upon approval, the user is upgraded and gains full access to meeting participation and item creation.

View Your Current Login Method

In the Manage Account section, a new Login tab now shows:

  • Whether you use Single Sign-On (SSO) or username/password

  • The email address associated with your login

  • Note: Your login email cannot be changed

This provides greater visibility and control over how you access EOS One.
