Download a V/TO® as a PDF
You can now download your Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO®) as a PDF in the classic 2-page format. This makes it easy to print and share a copy with your team or keep for offline reference.
To download: Open the V/TO and click the Download icon located next to the Edit or Save button.
Make a Copy of an Accountability Chart or V/TO®
You can now duplicate an existing Accountability Chart or V/TO directly within the same folder:
Open the version you want to copy.
Click the vertical ellipsis.
Select Make a copy.
The new copy will open immediately in Edit mode, titled by default as:
“Copy of [Original Name] [Creation Date]”
For example: Copy of Company ABC V/TO 5/8/2024
Add Notes to an Accountability Chart Seat
You can now add custom Notes to any seat in your Accountability Chart:
Click the vertical ellipsis next to the seat name.
Select Notes to open a side panel where you can type and save notes.
Notes are autosaved, making it easy to document context, expectations, or special instructions for each seat.
Updates & Improvements
“Select All” Option for Printing The Accountability Chart
When printing your Accountability Chart, a Select All option is now available to streamline selection:
Click the Print icon, then choose Select All to check every seat on the chart.
Unchecking Select All will deselect all seats.
This simplifies the printing process—especially for larger teams.
Bug Fixes
This release includes the following key fixes:
To-Dos are now only cleared from a meeting when:
The meeting is run, and
The “Clear Meeting Items” box is checked.
Marking a To-Do as complete before the meeting will no longer remove it prematurely.
Column spacing and width are now correctly maintained when Issues are shown in two-column format during IDS.
If a Scorecard Measurable’s goal is changed, the displayed goal now accurately reflects its current value.
Australian and Canadian users can now successfully add notes to all applicable meeting items.
Maintenance and Optimizations
When adding a new Measurable, the preview now appears below the existing list instead of to the right—improving readability and layout.
In meetings with more than seven attendees, the attendee boxes in the Conclude stage now wrap automatically based on screen width, eliminating the need to scroll.
