We’re excited to introduce Admin Insights, a centralized dashboard designed to give Owners and Admins powerful visibility across all Rocks, Issues, To‑Dos, and Headlines. Track team progress, pinpoint bottlenecks, and manage items from every meeting—all in one place.

All-in-One View for Key EOS Tools

Admin Insights aggregates:

  • Rocks

  • Issues

  • To‑Dos

  • Headlines
    across the entire organization, visible by account-wide meeting scope.

Robust Filtering Options

  • Status Filters—View items by status:

    • Rocks: All, On Track, Off Track, Done, Not Done

    • Issues: All, Closed, Pending

    • To‑Dos: All, Not Done, Done, Pending, Removed

    • Headlines: All, To Review, Reviewed

  • Meeting Filter—Quickly switch views between specific meetings via the "Filter by meeting…" dropdown.

CSV Export for Reporting

Need a report? Use the Download CSV button in any section to export the current view for offline analysis or sharing.


👥 Permissions & Visibility

  • Owners & Admins
    Have full visibility into every item—from every meeting—across the entire account.

  • Non‑Admin Users
    Will only see items associated with meetings they attend, maintaining data privacy and focus.


🛠 How this Helps

Better oversight – Owners/Admins can now quickly identify tasks that are Off‑Track or Pending across all meetings.
Improved efficiency – Filter by meeting or status to drill down instantly.
Enhanced reporting – Export to CSV with a click, enabling more powerful custom reports.
