At any time in EOS One™, the Organization creator can cancel their trial or subscription. Follow the below instructions to do so.
Click “Settings” and then navigate to the Billing tab.
From the “Subscription” section, click “Cancel Trial” or “Cancel Subscription.”
On the confirmation modal, click "Confirm" to cancel your subscription.
At the end of the trial/billing period, all invited users in the organization will lose full access to EOS One.
Note: The Organization creator will still have full access to the organization after the trial or subscription has been canceled.
