Organization Owners can update their billing address in EOS One to ensure payment and invoice details remain accurate.
Steps
Navigate to Settings
From the main dashboard, click Settings in the left-hand navigation menu.Go to the Billing tab
You will be directed to the Manage Organization page. Select the Billing tab at the top.Open your payment account
In the Payment section, click the View Payment Account button.Find your current payment method
Under the Payment Method section, locate the card you want to update. Click the three-dot icon (⋯) on the far right.Click Edit
From the dropdown menu, select Edit.Update your billing address
In the Billing Information pop-up, you can edit the following fields:Street Address
City
State
Zip Code
Save your changes
Click the orange Update button at the bottom to save. A success notification will confirm your changes.
FAQ
Who can update the billing address?
Only Organization Owners have billing access by default. An Admin must be explicitly granted billing permissions to view or update this information.
Does this address appear on my invoices?
Yes. The billing address listed here will appear on all future invoices generated in EOS One.
Can I add a new card instead of editing the current one?
Yes. From the Payment Method section, click Add Payment Method to enter a new card instead of editing the existing one.
