Add a Free Observer

Updated over 2 months ago

Sometimes you need someone to see what’s happening in EOS One® without needing a paid license. That’s where Free Observers come in. Free Observers have view-only access within EOS One. You can add them to meetings, assign them Rocks and To-Dos, and place them on your Accountability Chart™. When they log in, they’ll be able to view information, like their assigned To-Dos, but won’t be able to mark them as complete. Follow the steps below to invite a Free Observer to your organization.

  1. Click “Settings” and then navigate to the License tab.

  2. Click “Invite User.” You will be prompted to enter their first name, last name, and email address.

  3. Click "Add" after entering their information.

  4. Once added, change their Permission Level to "Free Observer."

  5. Repeat as necessary for each Free Observer you would like to invite, adjusting the Permission Level each time.

  6. Once everyone has been added, simply click “Invite" to invite them to the organization.

NOTE: You can upgrade a Free Observer at any time. Just go to your organization's settings, open the License tab, and click "Upgrade" in the License column next to their name.
