EOS One Support is closed on the following U.S. holidays:
New Year’s Day – Thursday, January 1
Memorial Day – Monday, May 25
Independence Day – Saturday, July 4 (observed Friday, July 3)
Labor Day – Monday, September 7
Thanksgiving Break – Thursday, November 26 and Friday, November 27
Winter Break – Thursday, December 24 through Thursday, December 31
If a holiday falls on a weekend, support availability may shift based on U.S. federal observance.
