FAQ: EOS Implementer Access in EOS One
If you are an EOS Implementer® and cannot view certain details in a client’s EOS One account, your user role or visibility settings may need to be updated by the client.
What it is
Access in EOS One is controlled by each client organization. Being invited to a client’s EOS One account does not automatically give you access to every tool, meeting, or Draft.
For the easiest access, ask your client to make you an Admin in their EOS One account.
Recommended access: Admin
Admin access is the best option for EOS Implementers who need to review their client’s EOS One workspace.
Admins can:
View meeting data across the organization through Insights
Access the All Meetings tab
View To-Dos, Issues, Headlines, and other meeting items
View all V/TO Drafts
View all Accountability Chart drafts
This is especially important if your client wants you to review a Draft V/TO before it becomes official. If you are not an Admin, you may only see the Official V/TO and may not be able to access Draft V/TOs.
If you are not an Admin
If your client does not want to make you an Admin, they will need to add you to the specific areas they want you to access.
Meetings
If you cannot see To-Dos, Issues, or Headlines from a client’s Level 10 Meeting™, ask the client to add you as a meeting attendee.
V/TO
The Official V/TO is visible to users in the organization. V/TO Drafts are visible to Owners and Admins.
If your client wants you to review a Draft V/TO, ask them to make you an Admin.
Accountability Chart
Accountability Chart access depends on whether you need to see the live version or a draft.
If your client wants you to review an Accountability Chart draft, ask them to either make you an Admin or grant you access to that draft.
Tips for EOS Implementers
Ask for Admin access early: This gives you the clearest view of the client’s EOS One workspace.
Clarify what you need to review: If you need to review a Draft V/TO, your client should make you an Admin.
Respect client privacy: EOS One is designed so each organization controls what users can access. While we hope and encourage that all clients would feel comfortable with making their EOS Implementer an Admin, the ability to limit any users access (including an EOS Implementers) is built into EOS One for clients who might be hypersensitive about sharing information.
Q&A
Why can’t I see my client’s Draft V/TO?
V/TO Drafts are visible to Owners and Admins. Ask your client to make you an Admin if you need to review a Draft V/TO.
Can I see the Official V/TO and Accountability Chart without being an Admin?
Yes. Users in the organization can see the Official V/TO and Accountability Chart.
Why can’t I see meeting items from my client’s Level 10 Meeting?
You may not be added to that meeting. Ask your client to add you as an attendee, or ask them to make you an Admin if you need broader meeting visibility.
What is the easiest way for an EOS Implementer to get full visibility?
Ask your client to make you an Admin in their EOS One account.
Can EOS One Support update my access?
No. Access is controlled by the client organization. Ask the client’s Owner or an Admin to update your role or access.
