FAQ: Why can't I see my meeting?

If you can't see a meeting in EOS One, the reason depends on your license type.

Free Observer: No access to Meetings

If you have a Free Observer license, you do not have access to the Meetings section at all — the Meetings tab is not available for this role. Free Observers have read-only access to official records only (V/TO, Accountability Chart, and Process Documents).

  • The Meetings tab is not visible in your navigation

  • You cannot view meeting data, summaries, or access a meeting through a direct link

To gain access to Meetings, you'll need a license upgrade. Select the Request Upgrade button at the top left of the screen to notify your admin, or contact your EOS One admin directly.

Member but can't see a specific meeting? Members only see meetings they are listed as an attendee on. If you have a Member license but cannot find a specific meeting, contact the meeting owner to be added as an attendee.

Still need help?

If you're unsure of your current access or need help updating your license, reach out to support or speak with your organization’s EOS One administrator.
