Updated over 2 months ago

New Features

Copy Notes Content

You can now easily copy notes from any meeting item in EOS One. There are two simple ways to copy note content:

  • Hover over the note icon, then click Copy.

  • Click into the notes section, then select Copy from the top-right corner of the notes window.

This allows you to reuse or share important notes with ease, without needing to manually highlight and copy text.

Updates & Improvements

Remove Items from a V/TO®

You can now remove specific items from your Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO®) using the trash can icon that appears beneath eligible entries.

Note: You cannot delete entire V/TO sections. However, you can now remove individual items from the following areas:

Vision Section

  • Core Values

  • 3 Uniques™

  • Measurables

  • “What does it look like?”

Traction Section

  • Measurables

  • Goals for the Year

  • Rocks for the Quarter

  • Issues

Remove a Name from an Accountability Chart Seat

You now have the option to remove a person assigned to a seat in The Accountability Chart:

  1. Click the seat to open the edit view.

  2. Click the “X” next to the name in the Seat Holder field.

  3. Click Save to confirm the change.

This update provides more flexibility when reassigning or unassigning seat responsibilities.

Bug Fixes

This release includes several key fixes:

  • When “Clear meeting items” is checked, all reviewed Headlines and completed To-Dos are now correctly removed from the meeting.

  • Updates made in Organization Settings now save as expected.

  • Sorting Issues by Created Date in IDS now works without requiring a page refresh.

  • Users with Billing Permission can now grant that permission to others.

  • The Permission Settings dropdown now fully displays all users on smaller screens.

  • Adding a new Headline no longer causes a temporary screen flash.

Maintenance and Optimizations

  • The Core Values Speech field in a V/TO is now only visible in Edit mode and will not display in the saved (Preview) version.

  • Full date formats, including the year, now appear in the 3-Year Picture, 1-Year Plan, and Rocks sections of the V/TO, providing better clarity and documentation.
