6.26.25 Release Notes | To-Do Enhancements and Addition to have non-EOS One users added to the A/C

Updated over 2 months ago

This release introduces usability enhancements, platform clean-up, and new functionality designed to streamline the user experience and improve organizational oversight.

šŸš€ New Features & Improvements

Hide Completed To-Dos

Users can now hide completed to-dos on both the classic and new dashboards before a meeting starts. This helps you focus only on outstanding action items.

Filter for Personal To-Dos

A new filter on the dashboard allows you to easily isolate your personal to-dos for better clarity and follow-up.

Add Non-User Team Members to the Accountability Chart

Track all seats in your organization—even if team members are not (or not yet) in EOS One—by adding non-user names to the Accountability Chart.

Implementer Email Input

Instead of selecting from a dropdown, users can now enter their EOS Implementer’s email address directly for improved flexibility.

EOS Loading Icon

When opening the Meetings page, users now see a loading icon to reduce confusion and clearly indicate that content is being retrieved.

🧹 UI & UX Clean-Up

  • Removed "Resources" Navigation Item: Content previously under "Resources" is now available via the floating lightbulb on the right-hand side or in Settings, helping reduce new-user overwhelm.

  • Various UI Fixes: Includes spacing, alignment, and display issues across the Dashboard, V/TO, Live Meetings, and more.

šŸž Notable Fixes

  • Fixed overlapping numbers in IDS during Live Meetings with 100+ issues

  • Removed misleading popups about inactive connections.

  • Corrected UI alignment and design issues in the Quarterly Pulsing tab, Dashboard, and Rock Delegation

  • Addressed multiple V/TO bugs: incorrect timestamps, layout issues, and zip field problems for international addresses

  • Resolved login errors, including 400 and 401 errors for existing users

  • Ensured that delegated Rocks appear properly in the Rocks widget

  • Improved formatting for notes in email summaries from Live Meetings

  • Fixed PDF export inconsistencies for the Scorecard

  • Copy notes: Notes copy from one notes field to another, should also copy text into any text field or outside the app
