8.19.25 Release Notes | Trial Signup Flow, Invitation Enhancements, and Defect Fixes

Updated over 2 months ago

The 8.19.25 release includes improvements to the onboarding experience, key enhancements to the invitation flow, and several critical bug fixes to support a smoother and more intuitive user journey.

✨ What’s New

Refactored Invitation Flow

Invited users now land on a dedicated onboarding page rather than the generic login or signup screen. This experience helps them:

  • Understand the context of the invitation

  • Provide their role and department

  • Optionally invite teammates

This update makes it easier for teams to join EOS One and get started quickly.

Trial Signup Improvements

New users can now start a trial with:

  • An email and a password

  • A few required onboarding questions about their role, company, and team

Email verification is no longer required upfront, allowing users to explore the platform immediately.

Expanded Onboarding Questions

As part of the signup and invitation flow, users are now prompted to answer questions that help tailor EOS One to their role and organizational structure.

✅ Fixes and Improvements

  • Scorecard and Measurables Date Accuracy
Fixed an issue where date ranges displayed incorrectly as Sunday–Saturday instead of Monday–Sunday.

  • Default Org Preferences Preserved
Creating a new organization no longer resets the user’s default org settings or theme color.

  • Invite Flow Validation Errors Resolved
Fixed a bug that caused a 400 error if users didn’t select a role or department—or selected “Other” in both fields—when accepting an invitation.

  • Live Meeting Stability
Addressed a visual glitch where the page would flash during updates to Rocks, Headlines, and IDS in live meetings.
