Updated over 4 months ago

This release delivers a major upgrade to EOS One’s live meeting experience, improves onboarding flows, and introduces multiple performance and stability improvements across the platform.

Enhancements

  • Live Meetings stability and reconnection: Improved connection reliability with automatic re-registration for updates and state re-sync across all participants.

  • Quick View: Traction item editing: Users can now add, view, edit, and remove Traction items from within a live meeting without opening the Meeting Details page.

  • Optimized recap emails: Meeting recap emails now correctly include Notepad data for more accurate summaries.

  • Login and verification flow improvements: Users with active accounts are now redirected to the sign-in page (not the account creation page) when invited to join another organization—reducing 400 errors.

  • Verification link stability: Verification links now follow a 72-hour valid + 24-hour grace model and reuses the same link when resent to avoid conflicts.

  • Organizational Checkup survey: Users can now provide structured feedback on how well their company performs against the Six Key Components® of EOS.

Defects Fixed

  • Permission escalation vulnerability: Resolved an issue where users could invite others with a higher permissions level.

  • Meeting Summary Button/invalid URL: The link from the 'View Meeting Summary' button in the meeting summary email no longer redirects to an invalid URL.

  • General defect resolution: Fixed 19 additional defects related to meeting sync, agenda loading, and email notifications.
