If your EOS One subscription becomes past due, your organization will enter Past Due status. During this time, access to paid features is restricted until billing information is updated and payment is successfully processed.
What Happens When an Account Becomes Past Due?
When an organization enters Past Due status:
All users besides the "Owner" are downgraded to Free Observer access.
Access to paid features is restricted.
Your organization's data remains secure and unchanged.
Full access can be restored once payment information is updated and the account is brought current.
How to Restore Full Access
To restore access to your organization:
Click your profile picture or initials in the upper-right corner of EOS One.
Select Settings.
Under Company, click Billing.
In the Payment Methods section, update your payment information.
Complete any outstanding payment requirements.
Once payment is successfully processed, access will be restored based on each user's assigned role.
