Accounts Past Due and Access Downgrade
If your account becomes past due, it will enter Past Due status. When this occurs, all users, including the Owner, will be downgraded to Free Observer status.

To restore full access, the account Owner must update the payment information by navigating to:
Settings > Billing > View Payment Account
