How to Delete an Organization in EOS One

Organization owners can permanently delete an organization from EOS One. Deleting an organization removes access for all users and cancels any active subscriptions associated with that organization.

⚠️ Warning: Deleting an organization is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete an Organization

  1. Click your profile picture or initials in the upper-right corner of EOS One.

  2. Select Settings.

  3. Under Company, click Billing.

  4. Scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom of the page.

  5. Click Delete Organization.

  6. Review the confirmation message.

  7. Click Confirm to permanently delete the organization.

Once deleted, the organization and all associated access will be removed from EOS One.

Important Notes

  • Only the organization owner can delete the organization.

  • Deleting an organization cancels any active subscriptions associated with that organization.

  • All users will immediately lose access to the organization.

  • This action cannot be reversed.
