The organization owner can transfer ownership to another paid user within the organization. Transferring ownership updates the person responsible for managing the organization, including billing.
This action must be done by the current licensed "Owner" of the EOS One Organization.
Note: Ownership can only be transferred to a paid user. Free Observers are not eligible to become the organization owner.
Click your profile picture or initials in the upper-right corner of EOS One.
Select Settings.
Under Company, click People.
Locate your user account in the People directory.
Open the role dropdown associated with your account.
Select Transfer Ownership.
Choose the user who will become the new organization owner and confirm the transfer.
In the subsequent pop-up window, select the appropriate person in the organization you wish to transfer ownership to.
Click “Transfer” to complete the ownership transfer for the organization.
How to Change Ownership When the Original Owner Has Left the Company
If the current Organization Owner is no longer with the company and cannot transfer ownership themselves, please follow these steps:

Please ensure all fields are filled out accurately to avoid delays in processing your request.
Note: We will not be able to transfer ownership to a Free Observer, they must be a paid Admin, Manager, or Member.
Step 2: Notify Us by Email
After submitting the form:
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line:
Ownership Change Request - [Your Organization Name]In your message, confirm that you’ve submitted the form.
Important: Be sure to CC another active member of your existing EOS One organization in the email.
Step 3: Verification from a Second Team Member
The CC’d team member must reply to the email confirming the request and stating who the new Organization Owner should be.
💡 Both the requester and the confirming member must use company email addresses (e.g., @yourcompany.com) to help us verify authenticity.
