Owners and Admins can access and manage billing settings for their organization in EOS One.
Access Billing
Click your profile picture or initials in the upper-right corner of EOS One.
Select Settings.
Under Company, click Billing.
Who can manage Billing?
Billing access is based on your role in EOS One.
Owners and Admins can manage billing-related settings for the organization, including:
Viewing the Billing page.
Updating payment methods.
Updating subscriptions.
Canceling subscriptions.
Viewing billing or payment issue notifications.
Owners and Admins do not need to be granted Billing access manually.
Can Billing access be manually granted?
No. Billing access cannot be manually granted or removed from individual users.
To give a user access to Billing, the user must have a role that includes Billing access. In EOS One, Billing access is available to Owners and Admins.
Important notes
Owners have Billing access by default.
Admins have Billing access by default.
Managers and Members do not have Billing access.
Billing access is controlled by role, not by an individual Billing Access list.
Users must be added to the organization before they can be assigned a role.
