Add a Free Observer

Sometimes you need someone to see what’s happening in EOS One® without needing a paid license. That’s where Free Observers come in. Free Observers have view-only access within EOS One. You can add them to meetings, assign them Rocks and To-Dos, and place them on your Accountability Chart™. When they log in, they’ll be able to view information, like their assigned To-Dos, but won’t be able to mark them as complete. Follow the steps below to invite a Free Observer to your organization.

  1. Click on your initials or picture in the top right-hand corner and select "Settings."

  2. Switch to the "People" option under "Company" and select the "Invite User" option.

  3. Enter their First Name, Last Name, Email, and adjust the Role to Free Observer.

  4. You can use the "Add Another" button and repeat as necessary for each Free Observer you would like to invite, adjusting the Role each time.

  5. Once everyone has been added, simply click “Send Invite(s)" to invite them to the organization.

NOTE: You can upgrade a Free Observer at any time. Just go to your organization's settings, open the People tab, and change their Role to an Admin, Manager, or Member.
