Invite team members to your EOS One organization so they can access company information, participate in meetings, and collaborate with your team.
Invite Users
Click your profile picture or initials in the upper-right corner of EOS One.
Select Settings.
Under Company, click People.
Click Invite User.
Enter the user's:
First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Select the appropriate role:
Admin
Manager
Member
Free Observer
To invite additional users, click Add another and enter their information.
Click Send Invite.
Each user will receive an email invitation to join your organization.
User Billing
Admins, Managers, and Members are billed at $10 per user per month.
Free Observers do not incur an additional charge.
When inviting paid users to an organization with an active subscription, a prorated charge is applied based on the time remaining in the current billing cycle. Charges are typically processed within an hour of adding the user.
For example, adding a paid user halfway through the month would result in an approximately $5 charge at the time they are added. Future invoices will reflect the full monthly rate of $10 per paid user.
To review subscription and billing information, navigate to Settings > Billing.
