Create and Share Your First V/TO

The Vision/Traction Organizer (V/TO®) is a central tool for capturing and communicating your organization's vision. This article walks you through how to create your first V/TO in EOS One and collaborate with your team.

Create a V/TO

1. Navigate to the V/TO

    • In the left-hand navigation menu, click V/TO.

2. Create a Folder

  • Click Create New Folder.

  • Name the folder to organize your V/TOs by department, team, or purpose.

3. Create a New V/TO

  • Within the folder, click Create New V/TO.

  • Fill out the V/TO by entering your organization's Vision and Traction components.

Share Your V/TO

After completing your V/TO, you can control who has access to view or edit it:

  1. Access Visibility Settings

    • Click the vertical ellipsis (three dots) next to the V/TO's name.

    • Select Visibility Settings.

  2. Set Permissions

    • Choose who can View and/or Edit the V/TO:

      • Leadership Team: Members of the meeting designated as the Leadership Team in your organization's settings.

      • Entire Company: All users in your organization.

      • Individuals: Specific users you select.

  3. Save Changes

    • Check the appropriate boxes for each group or individual.

    • Click Save to apply the visibility settings.
