Accept Your Invitation to an Organization (Video)

Welcome to EOS One! If you’ve received an invitation to join your organization's EOS One account, just follow the steps below to get started.

Step-by-Step: Accept Your Invitation

  1. Open your invitation email
    Look for an email from EOS One with the subject: EOS One Invitation for [Your Business Name]

  2. Click Accept Invitation
    This will open EOS One in your browser and take you to the login page.

  3. Create your account (Skip this if you already have an account in EOS One, please log in instead)

    • Click Create My Account

    • Enter your email address and click Send Email Verification Code

    • Go to your inbox, copy the verification code, and paste it back in EOS One

    • Click Verify Code

  4. Set up your profile (This step is skipped if you already have an account in EOS One)

    • Create a password

    • Enter your first and last name

    • Review and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy

    • Click Create Account

  5. You're in!
    You’ll be logged in and placed directly into the organization that invited you.

Troubleshooting Tips

Didn’t receive the email?

  • Check your spam or promotions folders.

  • Still missing? Ask your admin to resend the invitation.

Code not working or expired?

  • Click Send Email Verification Code again to receive a new code.

  • Make sure you're using the most recent code sent to your email.

Accidentally closed the window?

  • No worries! Just reopen the link from your invitation email to continue where you left off.
